2008 Miller Condor A40

The 2008 Miller Condor A40 is a self-propelled sprayer designed for efficient and precise application of agricultural chemicals. Miller sprayers are known for their robust construction, focus on operator comfort, and application accuracy.

Powered by a Cummins QSL 6.7-liter diesel engine rated at 240 hp with a power bulge to 250 hp. The Allison 5-speed automatic transmission with locking torque converter and cruise control provides smooth, efficient power delivery. The mechanical drive train is known for fuel efficiency and reliability. Final drive options include a 42-inch clearance angle drive planetary or 48-inch heavy-duty all-gear drop box, offering different crop clearance levels.

The primary solution tank holds 850 gallons (3,218 L) with an optional 1,000-gallon configuration. A 100-gallon (378 L) rinse tank is included for convenient cleaning. Quick-fills and controls are accessible from ground level near the ladder. Optional stainless steel chemical fill hopper with jug and hopper rinse system.

The 90-foot boom features 5-section control and 20-inch nozzle spacing with 5-way nozzle body options. Built on a C-channel frame of high-strength steel beams allowing 30 degrees of axial twist for ground following. Four air-bags and gas shock absorbers on front and rear axles with trailing arms and anti-sway bars provide a smooth ride and excellent boom stability. Tight 15-foot turning radius. Standard 380/90R46 tires.

The SprayView™ Cab offers AirRide suspension, pressurization, charcoal filtration, and "Wasp Waist" hood design for excellent boom visibility. Ergonomic armrest controls with multi-function joystick. Optional Raven SCS 4400 rate controller and GPS/autosteer guidance.
